Description

Temozolomide belongs to a class of drugs known as Imidazotetrazine Derivatives.

Side Effects

Nausea, tiredness, constipation and headache may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor promptly. Tell your doctor immediately if you have any of these serious side effects: unusual dizziness or drowsiness, easy bleeding or bruising, persistent sore throat, fever, seizures, unusual weakness, loss of coordination, mental/mood changes, vision changes, swelling, rash, diarrhea, trouble sleeping.
